Torcan Staffing Inc. is an employment staffing agency that connects qualified AZ and DZ truck drivers with trucking companies and other employer clients in the Greater Toronto Area. Our Site allows visitors to:
- Learn about our staffing services
- Submit a driver job application
- Contact us with general inquiries
- Submit employer staffing requests
2. No Guarantee of Employment or Placement
Submitting a job application through our Site does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or placement with any employer. All placements are subject to:
- Verification of your qualifications, licensing, and background information
- The requirements and hiring decisions of our employer clients
- Availability of suitable positions at the time of your application
Torcan Staffing acts as an intermediary between drivers and employer clients and makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, terms, or duration of any position.
3. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
By submitting an application or using our Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You meet all applicable legal requirements to work as a commercial driver in Ontario, including minimum age and valid licensing requirements
- All information you provide — including your resume, employment history, references, driving abstract, and any supporting documents — is true, accurate, current, and complete
- You have the legal right to submit any documents or images you upload (e.g., your own driver’s license)
- You will promptly update us if any information you have submitted changes or becomes inaccurate
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may disqualify you from consideration and may be reported to relevant authorities or employer clients where appropriate.
4. Background and Reference Checks
By applying for a position through Torcan Staffing, you consent to:
- Verification of the employment references, licensing information, and other details you provide
- The collection and review of your driving abstract, collision/conviction history, and criminal record search results, as described in our [Privacy Policy]
- The sharing of relevant application information with prospective employer clients for placement purposes
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks
