Driver Hiring Process
At Torcan Staffing, we require that every AZ and DZ truck driver applicant be screened and approved by our hiring personnel prior to dispatch, doing so ensures that each truck driver’s background and qualifications are carefully reviewed. In addition, our proprietary software system prevents unqualified driver applicants from being dispatched on the road.

How long will it take to get a truck driver?
The lead time in successfully finding a truck driver varies on our current candidate pool and your specific needs. We’re prompt on recruiting, interviewing and dispatching for long term placements so the lead time from your request to a truck driver in your company can be as little as possible. As for ad-hoc services, depending on the exact requirements, most of the time we can send in a truck driver within hours from the time we receive your request.
How much will it cost my company?
The cost will vary based on several factors, including account volume, job type, and placement difficulty. We continue to be known for providing qualified drivers at competitive hourly rates. Feel free to contact us for an estimate.
What kind of background checks do you provide?
Every applicant is reference checked based on the work history provided. In addition, their CVOR, Drivers Abstract and Criminal Record Search (all pulled within 30 days) are checked.
What if I’m not fully satisfied with a driver?
We realize that not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. If you are not completely satisfied with a driver, we will replace them immediately.
